Lent

Lent Is A Journey A Time To Walk With Jesus

We as Christians prepare to reflect on Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.

It is the season of Lent.

The most important season of the year.

At Sacred Heart of Jesus School, we are preparing for Lent in many different ways. Some classes may be burying the Alleluia. Some classes may be making a Lenten chain. Students may be receiving the sacrament of reconciliation more often during these 40 days. Other’s may be reflecting in prayer.

There are many wonderful resources available to keep one focused on the season of Lent. Daily reflections via email and social media are a great way to meditate and reflect; to look deep within ourselves. Here are a few resources to consider signing up for to enrich your relationship with Jesus.
